About us
Built on the belief that communication is the job
Founded in 2014 by Ben Stahl, who started his career as a roofing laborer. Everything since has been built on doing the work properly and saying what is happening.
Our history
Master Renovations was founded in 2014 by Ben Stahl, who started his career as a roofing laborer — with a passion for craftsmanship and a view that the service around the work could be much better than it was.
Ben had been in construction his whole working life and started his first company back in 1994. Roofing is where this one began, in 2011.
As the business grew it expanded into demolition, then returned to roofing — this time breaking into commercial construction. That shift changed what the company had to be good at: not only the installation, but the estimating and the project management wrapped around it.
With continued growth, Master Renovations became a full-service commercial contractor and, in time, Master Construction Solutions. Through every stage we have stayed with one core belief: communication is the key to success. By keeping it clear, honest and early, the projects run — and the clients come back.
Our mission
We deliver expert commercial construction solutions with precision and efficiency — high-quality installations completed on time, on budget, and to the standard the drawings actually call for.
Core values
Six things we actually hold to
Communication
We keep it clear, honest and early. It is the one thing every successful project has in common, and the first thing to go wrong on the ones that fail.
Safety
A safe jobsite is a productive jobsite. Not a slogan — the two really do move together.
Integrity
We do what is right, not what is easy.
Quality craftsmanship
Excellence is in the details, and the details are what you are still looking at in ten years.
Efficiency
Smart planning leads to seamless execution. Most delays are decided long before anyone is on site.
Client-centered
Your vision, our expertise.
Certified installers, and what we install
We hold the CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster™ certification, which lets us offer upgraded 3, 4 and 5-Star warranties. We are a CertainTeed Master Craftsman siding installer, a James Hardie certified Professional Installer, a Team TAMKO Professional Contractor, a GAF Certified Contractor and a certified Duro-Last contractor. Each of those changes what warranty we can register on your building. Our standing seam and metal roofing is DMI Metals.
